Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 245g salted butter (melted)

  • 155g brown sugar

  • 65g granulated sugar

  • 1 tablespoon vanila bean paste (or vanilla extract)

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 340g all-purpose flour

  • 75g white chocolate chip

  • 15 crushed oreo pieces

  • 8 crushed oreo pieces for topping

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan. Line the pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted salted buttergranulated sugar, and brown sugar using a whisk until well mixed.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract) and salt until the mixture is well combined.
  • Sift the all-purpose flour, and baking powder into the bowl. Using a spatula, gently fold in the ingredients until just combined.
  • Add the white chocolate chips and crushed Oreo pieces to the batter, and fold them in with a spatula until evenly distributed.

  • Pour the batter into the greased and lined baking pan, spreading it out with a spatula. Sprinkle crushed Oreo pieces on top.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the bars to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Slice the bars into individual servings and serve.
